Wordless Wednesday 20 May 2009: Giant Guinea Pig (a.k.a. Patagonian Cavy)--and this is a young/small one!

    Yes! I thought it looked like a cross between a rabbit and an antelope. Like a real-life jackalope without antlers, LOL. My kids thought it looked like a kangaroo with long front legs.

    This one was 15 lbs. at 9 months of age. They get to be about 25 lbs. when full-grown, I'm told.
