About Me

- Name: purple_kangaroo
I'm a creative, intense, honest and adventurous person with a love for God and people.
DH (Dear Husband) and I are homeschooling our three girls: AJ, age 9; M&M, age 8; and Ebee, who is 5.
God has been faithful to sustain us despite my health challenges (which include fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome, migraines and occasional extra fun twists like the year I had mono on top of it all. :)
Since removing excitotoxins from my diet as part of a clinical research study in 2009, my health has improved considerably.
Ebee has grown out of her food allergies and now has just a very mild dietary fructose intolerance, and all three kids are happy, healthy and doing great. We're in a season of enjoying life very much right now.

Thanks for visiting!

Brava!! Look at that sweetie eat her yummy applesauce and ask for more! Look at how well she manages that spoon!
Thanks, Liz. I was really impressed with how well she did, especially for it being her first try at feeding herself something other than finger food.
These are adorable! She even found her mouth, which is a very impressive feat for self-feeding. My daughter, who's 2, still makes a complete mess out of applesauce. Thank goodness for thick bibs.
Suzanne, it's fun to watch them develop self-feeding skills, isn't it?
