Babies in Pockets

For all those people who keep coming to my blog by searching the phrase, "What do you call a baby kangaroo," here's the answer:

A baby kangaroo is called a joey. However, the term is not specific to infant kangaroos. All marsupial babies are called joeys, so a baby opossum, koala or sugar glider goes by the same name.

Oh how funny! I assume this is in response to all those odd little visitors that [one] gets. I should do an explanation for a couple of those which keep coming up again, and again - poor little lost souls.
Cheers

Yup. That's what we called our daughter before she was born--before we knew she was a "she" actually.

LOL...I should do one of these kinds of posts for people who come by my place looking for "red-headed scholarships," and note that we are not a protected class, nor do we face any racial hardships, blah, blah, blah thus THERE ARE NO REDHEADED SCHOLARSHIPS! :)

Hamiam, isn't there a Sherlock Holmes story about a redhead scholarship or something like that? The Red-Headed League.
