Fireproof?

Are any of my readers planning to see Fireproof? Or did you go and see it today? Some of the people in our homeschool group were talking about it and seem to think it's going to be a really great movie.

The official blurb is, "A heroic fireman (Kirk Cameron) in a failing marriage takes up his father's challenge to be part of a 40-day experiment designed to teach both husband and wife the real meaning of commitment."

If you've seen it or have read about it, let me know what you think (no spoilers, please).

What to Wear?

I'm having trouble deciding what to wear to DH's nephew's wedding this weekend.

I think I've narrowed it down to these two possibilities (the blue skirt is too big in the waist and needs to be altered if I keep it):

blue skirt set pink jacket dress

Or these, if de-wrinkled (I've got the striped blouse in the wash now and will hopefully upload a better picture without the weird wrinkles in it soon):

Or maybe the blue top would look better with a black skirt, if I can find one that's the right style and fabric to go with it? Here it is with black slacks to give the general idea:

Any opinions? It's an afternoon wedding, and I'm guessing we may end up in a photo or two. DH is wearing black pants with a tan jacket and multicolored tie.

Oh, BTW AJ and M&M took all but one of the photos.

Jumping Ideas Needed

The kids really really like to jump, but I don't want them jumping on the beds or couches (partly because of safety issues, and partly to take care of the furniture--and also because most of our furniture is borrowed and doesn't actually belong to us).

The floor isn't really bouncy enough to be a satisfying place to jump.

Neither DH nor I are comfortable with the idea of a trampoline, because we've seen too many really serious injuries from trampolines.

I've thought of getting an old mattress to put on the floor just for the kids to jump on, but I'm highly allergic to dust mites and all I can think of is dust mites spewing into the air with every bounce. :)

Are there any other options anyone can think of that would be relatively safe, inexpensive, and not too hard on my allergies? It also needs to be something that could be stowed away when necessary, and is not too hard to set up and take down. I'm wondering if an air mattress would work, but am not sure if it would be bouncy enough or durable enough.

Any other ideas?
